Música rural hondureña.

Sopa de Caracol es una canción de la banda de música hondureña Banda Blanca. Fue escrita por Estuardo Sanchez, nativo de la Isla de San Andrés (Colombia). Fue lanzada por EMI Latin en 1991 y logró un éxito internacional, alcanzando el primer puesto del Top Latin Songs de Billboard en Estado Unidos. La canción incluyó elementos de la música garífuna y la punta que han sido usados para promover a Honduras.
En la letra de la canción se utiliza dialécto garífuna mezclado con español, según la explicación de Pilo Tejeda:

"Wata Negue Consup" - Quiero comer sopa
"Luli Rwami Wanaga" - Quiero seguirla disfrutando
"Yupi pa ti Yupi pa mi" - Un poco para tí y un poco para mí
