<br>1 lb de mantequilla o margarina = 4 barras
<br>10-12 huevos yemas de huevos
<br>1 taza de líquido (leche, agua, o jugo)
<br>1 cda de vainilla blanca dominicana preferible (o de la vainilla regular)
<br>1 lb de harina todo uso (tamizada) = 455 g = 3 1/2 tazas
<br>2 cdas de maicena o fécula de maíz
<br>1 cucharadita de sal
<br>1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
<br>4 claras batidas a punto de nieve o pico
<br>
<br>Relleno de Piña
<br>1 lata de piña sin azúcar (natural) o piña fresca
<br>½ taza de azúcar granulada
<br>1 cda de azúcar morena
<br>1 cdta de vainilla
<br>
<br>Merengue
<br>8 oz de claras
<br>1 cda de vainilla
<br>1 cdta de crémor tártaro
<br>1 cda de merengue en polvo
<br>1 cda de azúcar granulada
<br>2 tazas de azúcar
<br>½ taza de agua
<br>Gotitas de jugo de limón verde (opcional)

<br>MOLDES
<br>2 moldes 10x2 engrasados y enharinados
<br>
<br>Hornear a 350°F = 176.667°C
<br>Por 40 minutos o hasta que le inserte un palillo dental o un cuchillo fino en el medio y salga fino. No abrir el horno para nada antes de los 30 minutos que es el tiempo de el bizcocho subir.
