El Presidente venezolano, Nicolás Maduro, anunció este viernes 11 de septiebre de 2020 la captura el día anterior de un ciudadano estadounidense quien realizaba actividades de espionaje en las refinerías de Amuay y de Cardón en el estado Falcón. "Están todas las pruebas, las fotografías, los videos". Indicó que el espía estuvo prestando servicios como marine en bases de la CIA (Agencia Central de Inteligencia) en Irak. Se le capturó con armamento pesado y especializado, gran cantidad de dólares en efectivo y otros elementos, que han sido pasados al Ministerio Público. "Ya se encuentra en fase de declaración".

También indicó que hace dos días el ministro de petróleo, Tareck El Aissami, junto a un grupo de expertos e ingenieros, descubrieron y desmontaron un plan para ocasionar una explosión en la refinería de El Palito, ubicada en el municipio Puerto Cabello, estado Carabobo. Llamó a reforzar todas las medidas de seguridad internas y externas, y todos los procesos.

"Es una guerra de venganza del imperio gringo contra Venezuela, para impedir que Venezuela produzca todos los derivados del petróleo, gasolina, etcétera". Indicó que en los próximos días se dará más información sobre la captura y sus resultados.

It was about a three hour drive from Accra to get to the village. The village was somewhere in the central Cape Coast region of Ghana (however no near to the coast, but much inland). The people from the village were so incredibly friendly, and it was one of the most genuinely hospitable and friendly villages I’ve ever visited. It was an honor and privilege to spend time at the village.

As we arrived, they had already started cooking some Ghanaian food specialties. One the menu, we had banku with okra soup, fufu (a staple of West African food) with palm nut soup, and finally fried plantains with beans. All the food was incredibly good, and it was one of the best bowls of fufu I ate during my entire time in Ghana.
